Terms of use

Keeleproov is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Estonian Education and Youth Board (Haridus- ja Noorteamet, Harno), the Police and Border Guard Board, or any authorised examination centre. Names such as the exam's are used only to describe what our practice material prepares you for.

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure and don't share your account; you are responsible for activity under it. Provide accurate information, use one account per person, and confirm your email if you sign up with a password. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping or anything unlawful, and you may delete your account at any time.

All questions, texts, recordings and model answers are original content we created in the style of the exam. They are not the official examination tasks and are provided for practice only. Content is added and revised over time and may contain errors.

Paid passes are one-time purchases that unlock the product for a fixed period shown at checkout, after which the account returns to the free plan. Every price shown is the whole amount charged, tax included. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Upgrading from Essential to Mastery charges only the price difference and keeps your existing expiry date.

Our passes deliver digital content that is available immediately. At checkout you expressly consent to access beginning at once and acknowledge that you therefore lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (as permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Once you have accessed any paid content (for example opening the question bank, playing audio or starting a mock), the purchase is non-refundable. If you have not accessed any paid content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@keeleproov.com. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Practising here does not guarantee that you will pass the real exam. Scores, pass-chance estimates and AI writing or speaking assessments are estimates to guide your study — they are not official grades and do not predict your official result. The real exam is marked by the examination board.

Exam dates, fees, levels offered, structure and rules are set by Harno and the Estonian state and can change. Always confirm the current details on the official site before registering or making plans. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of information shown here.

Our original content, design and code are ours. You may use the site for your personal exam preparation. You may not scrape, copy, republish or resell our content without permission.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment within the European Union, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will reflect changes.

The binding version of these terms is the Estonian one, published at keeleproov.com/tingimused. This English text is provided for convenience; where the two differ, the Estonian text governs. The other languages on this site are interface translations, not legal versions. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
